After about 3 years from the first PDFsam Visual 1.0.0 we have finally released the new version 2.0.0! We have added some new tools to delete pages, convert to grayscale, repair and extract text, there is a completely revamped interface and some new settings. PDFsam Basic 4.0.0
A Few days ago we published the new major version 4.0.0 of PDFsam Basic. Beside the usual upgrades to the PDF engine and translations, few bug fixes and minor improvements, the main objective was to create a standalone self-contained application.
TL;DR
Some of you have written concerned about the new Java policy in which Oracle will not provide free updates to commercial entities as of January 2019. We decide to implement a batteries included solution, switching to OpenJDK 11 and creating a jlinked version of the Java runtime that is now included in PDFsam Basic 4.0.0.

We just released the new version 3.3.6 of PDFsam Basic. In this release:
- an updated PDF engine
- a new AcroForm policy to flatten them during a PDF merge

PDFsam Enhanced version 5 is out
PDFsam Basic 3.3.5 released!
We just released PDFsam Basic version 3.3.5 where we update the language pack, the PDF engine (Sejda) with a number of bug fixes and improvements and the Open button to directly open the generated PDF file (and not the containing directory) in case the task generates a single PDF file.

PDFsam Basic 3.3.4 fixing Java 9 compatibility
Hi,
there was a compatibility issue with PDFsam Basic version 3.3.3 (and below) that was preventing it to start with Java 9. We just released PDFsam Basic 3.3.4 and with that everything should be back to normal and work as expected even if you upgrade to Java 9. We also added handy row headers to easily find the index of the added PDF files and the total number of added PDF files.

Enhanced 4.1 and Basic 3.3.3 released
We just released the new PDFsam Enhanced 4.1 where we added a new color picker, performed some optimization, improvement and bug fixes; and the new PDFsam Basic v3.3.3 where we updated the underlying PDF engine, the user interface translation and we added a handy feature to set page range values for all the items in the selection table.
