The new release candidate 1 for the basic and enhanced version is ready for download. In these versions you’ll find pdfsam-console with file logging capabilities, prefix field added to the Decrypt pdf module, some bug fixes, a fixed user interface that was hanging during thumbnails generation and the new version of iText (2.1.6).
As usual feedbacks are welcome.

  1. Thanks. Loved it to pieces. Please make the compression of the files to be PDF 1.8 (Acrobat 9) compatible. I use it to compress my pdf files and works wonders. I’ll appreciate if you can make a stand-alone pdf compressor that optimizes and compresses the PDF to v1.8 (Acrobat 9)

    Thanks 🙂

  2. hi-
    2.0 =wonderful product.
    the stuff i wished for in v 1.x

    Wish List-
    i’d like to be able to set the resolution in the output file.
    my output files are too big and a smaller dpi would be
    fine. could that be a user choice?

    thanks again
